PRIVATE LESSONS
As a Threes Physiyoga Teacher, I work one on one with clients on retraining functional movement and nervous system balance. With specialized training in anatomy as it relates to movement, this work is ideal for those looking for more support in the rehab of an injury, or anyone with a desire to feel or move better. Physiyoga allows for more easeful informed movement by building awareness on healthy movement patterns (finding a balance between strength, mobility, and stability). Much of this work is subtle as the goal is to retrain muscular engagement (what fires first), and replace old habits with new neural connections! Luckily, the brain is highly trainable with time, patience, and repetition.

Yoga in the Workplace
Yoga in the workplace can be a lifesaver! I can design a class to do any of the following:

  • get you moving and breathing deeper to break up the stagnancy of sitting all day and invigorate the system
  • take a therapeutic approach to help the legs, back, neck, and eyes that feel worn out at the end of the day
  • incorporate some meditation and breathing techniques that help with little things like sanity, physical/emotional balance, stress, and overall wellbeing.
