Corporate Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation

More people than ever before are working remotely with corporate wellness plans growing in demand and popularity. With more time sitting for long hours and staring at screens all day comes heightened stress, daily aches and pains, anxiety, and discontent.

One way we can improve upon this is to bring mindfulness into the workplace through guided movement breaks and stress reduction practices like breathwork and meditation which is the work I love doing!

I have been teaching yoga for almost 15 years and believe that our ability to move the body, focus the mind, and explore self inquiry clears a path to finding greater connection, meaning, and clarity in life and work. Intentional movement gives your body/brain a much needed break as science has shown that prolonged stress leads to poor health - taking a little time away from to-do lists and deadlines to care for yourself leads to greater efficiency, and positivity through the day.

Using my specialized training in Physiyoga, I use therapeutic movement and nervous system regulation to help others find more balance and a sense of possibility that can arise from reducing anxiety. I have a knack for being able to teach movement in a simple/approachable way with clear communication.

The process of making space in your day to prioritize personal health and wellbeing is both simple and essential.

Prices vary depending on group size, length of time, and frequency of classes. I offer a discount for booking regular sessions with weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly commitments. A cost estimate is as follows:

$300 for 1 hour

$190 for 30 minutes

What do I teach?

While I have expertise in a range of movement styles, unless you request otherwise, I teach therapeutic techniques focusing on accessible mindful movement. This includes joint circles, stretches, seated (in a chair) and standing work, some approachable yoga postures with modifications for different bodies, and breath awareness throughout. This means NO yoga experience is required with my offerings. I can tailor the experience to meet the needs of your group - don’t hesitate to reach out.

Mindfulness meditation uses different tools that help focus the mind: breathing practices, visualizations, and body scans are often featured. I offer several of these tools in each session so each person can find what works best for them while remaining engaged and present.

You can also find my classes on Threes Physiyoga Method’s online studio with a monthly membership.
